Return and Refund Policy

Faraday Labz warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and allows 3 days from delivery to report a claim. Defective products will be inspected upon return, and if not deemed defective they will be shipped back. Return requests for non defective products must also be made within 3 days of delivery (you can contact us here) and the product must be in brand new, unopened condition. A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing fees. You will be responsible for return shipping. If the return arrives in used or opened condition, we will be unable to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you. 

Items are only considered defective if:

EMF Blocking: If they do not show a measurable RF reduction with a reputable meter, we will be using TriField TF2 for testing. 

Grounding: If the grounding cord does not show continuity with the silver threads in the sheet using a multimeter. 

All items: If there is a physical manufacturing defect such as an open seam or rip.

  • “Send a request” by email to support@faradaylabz.com
  • Put "return" as the subject and provide your order number
  • You will immediately receive instructions for making the return
  • We will process the refund once the order arrives
