Warranty & Returns

Faraday Labz warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and allows 3 days from delivery to report a claim. Return requests for non defective products must also be made within 3 days of delivery (you can contact us here) and the product must be in brand new, unopened condition. A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing fees. Defective products will be inspected upon return, and if not deemed defective they will be shipped back and you will be emailed proof of inspection. You will be responsible for return shipping. If the return arrives in used or opened condition, we will be unable to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you.
